Happy hump day loves! So glad it is already Wednesday because I am exhausted! I need a vacation from my vacation! ;) We did sooooo much in the 4 short days we were in DC and soooooo much walking! My legs are still sore! It was amazing to visit close friends we hadn’t seen in awhile and catch up and have wayyyyy too much fun together! Definitely pooped but so worth it! I actually didn’t take nearly as many pictures as I would have liked (we only took out our nice camera for one day) but at least I got enough for you to get the picture of how GORGEOUS DC is! I seriously fell in love with this city! The architecture, the history, the food, everything is just amazing! I also couldn’t believe how clean the city is for such a big city! Nothing like New York haha! I also loved how there are so many sections to explore, from Georgetown, Downtown, to Chinatown! There is just a little bit of everything! The Iwo Jima Memorial (above) is definitely breathtaking and we got to walk by it every morning since it was right next to my friends’ apartment! And yes that is me taking an Instagram picture of it in the bottom left! ;p

Happy Thursday ya’ll! Can you believe it is almost 4th of July weekend?! Where has this year gone!? I swear I blink and another month has passed! Although, I am super excited this weekend is here since I am off to DC today for a nice long weekend with friends! Seriously so excited! I haven’t been to DC since I was little and Griffin has never gone so we are definitely excited to see all the sites and eat all of their yummy food! If any of you have recommendations please do tell!! Since it is my last post before the 4th, of course I had to wear my red, white, and blue! I am totally loving this off the shoulder striped Choies dress! Although, I have to say I was a little disappointed in this dress compared to my first Choies dress, which is the most gorgeous dress ever! The pattern is sewn crooked which drives me nuts since it is stripes! Although it’s sooooo cute so I am still going to wear it! My hair kind of covers it up anyways. ;) I just ordered a few more things from them so I am keeping my fingers crossed! I paired my dress with my new gold gladiator sandals, which I cannot stop wearing, and my clear Prism sunglasses from Ditto’s Endless Program! Ya’ll I am telling you this is the best rental program EVER! If you haven’t tried it you need to! I mean unlimited designer sunglasses?! You can’t get much better! You can try it for a whole month free too with code UPBEATSOLES! Well I hope everyone has an amazing Fourth of July weekend! <3

Happy hump day loves! Only a few more days until the 4th of July and I can’t get enough of all this red, white, and blue inspiration! Whether you are spending the day at a nice party or going casual to watch the fireworks, it is always a must to wear your American colors! I am seriously dying over this red wide leg trouser look! It is so perfectly casual chic and the red and white striped midi with the anchor blouse?! I mean seriously! So perfect for a night on a yacht to watch fireworks (we wish right!!?) Loving the casual blue and white dress dressed up with the red heels and mirrored sunnies! Such a great look for a nice dinner out! White converses just scream casual 4th of July and I cannot get enough of the denim jackets! It is the perfect American accessory! Lastly, is one of my favorite patriotic looks from last year! You know how much I love a good crop with high waisted skirt! I hope you all have an awesome day! <3
Happy Tuesday babes! I hope everyone’s week is off to an awesome start! With Forth of July right around the corner and with us spending it in DC this year, I definitely have red, white, and blue on my mind! I told Griffin it is the only colors we are aloud to pack! ;) He pretty much gave me an eye roll… Anyways I am pretty much convinced I need this American Flag dress. Love that it is edgy meets patriotic. Also this stars and stripes romper is beyond the cutest thing ever! So perfect for a pool party! Speaking of pool parties! This swimsuit! Totally digging the vintage, throw back vibe! I usually keep it pretty casual on the 4th of July so a pair of distressed denim shorts are always a must for me! Although, I love how this dreamy Zac Posen bag would just instantly turn any casual look to super chic! Oh and what is the 4th of July without some awesome red sunnies!? So loving the clear trend right now! I hope you all have an awesome Tuesday!
