Happy Hump Day babes! So with summer finally here I can’t help but go a little sunglasses crazy! There are so many fun and different styles! The aviator style is such a classic, but I love that they have been making them a little more funky by merging them with the round and throwing in some fun colors! The cat eye is definitely an old trend that originated in the 50’s, just ask my mom she rocked them like there was no tomorrow! ;) I love that they are fully back but with a modern, more chunky twist! The oversized I have had a harder time getting into, because I have a smaller face, but I finally decided to try it out and ordered these the other day. Love that they are kind of a mix of all the trends put together, minus the aviator. So we will see! Fingers crossed! Lastly, my favorite, the round! You all know I can’t get enough of my round Ray Bans but I am totally digging the retro vibes of the oversized ones as well! I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday! <3

Summer Sunshine

Hey babes! I hope everyone is having an amazing Monday! One of Griffin and I’s favorite activities once summer rolls around is going on a good bike ride! Whether it’s riding on the beach or taking some back trails around the house, or even a quick cruise around the neighborhood, we love getting some good sunshine and exercise in! Any time I am out in the sun I always make sure I am protecting my skin from it’s harmful rays! Sometimes people forget to lather up for fun sunny outdoor activities! Remember you aren’t exempt from skin damage just because you aren’t in a swimsuit! As I have told you before I love Hawaiian Tropic’s Silk Hydration Weightless sunscreen because it isn’t greasy and it smells amazing! Happy Hump Day loves! So happy to be halfway through the week already! So it is absolutely no secret that I am a sucker for a good romper and with summer sneaking up on us, I don’t think you can have too many! I love a romper because they are basically instant cute! Super easy, just throw on and go! I have been loving anything floral print and the two in the top row are just adorable, and you can’t beat the price! I’ve also been having a moment with ruffles and to pair it with the chambray, like this one, it is basically perfection! You know I had to throw some lace up ones in there! Happy Hump Day loves! Yay for making it half way through the week! So it has been a hot minute since I did a hair post and figured it was well over due! Every time I put my hair in braids people always tell me, ‘they wish they could braid’ but honestly after a little bit of practice braiding can be super easy and a mega time saver! AKA dirty hair = braided hair ;) The one thing I struggled with when I braid my hair is the lack of fullness since I have naturally thin hair, but that is where having a good pair of extensions come in! Today I am using my Bellami Boo-Gatti 22 inch dirty blonde clip in extensions. I am obsessed with this set because it come with 320 grams, which is a TON of hair, but today I am using just two of the three clip tracks so they are easy to hide while making our side braid. Happy Hump Day ya’ll!! We are half way to Memorial Day weekend! I seriously cannot tell you how excited I am for a three day weekend! It is much needed! So it has been awhile since I did a currently craving and with summer almost here I am craving a little too much, but I am trying to keep myself in check! So I have been on the hunt for some fun overalls and I am seriously dying over these culotte ones! Seriously how cute are they?! Also, while we are on the denim subject, how amazing is this zip up denim romper?! It is so 70’s fabulous! Of course with all of this warm weather I cannot get swimsuits off my mind and I really cannot get over this tassel bikini! I mean have you seen anything cuter?! I love the print too! I have been obsessing over the double belt trend and I just can’t fathom dishing out over a $100 for a belt, but I found this baby for less than $40! Lastly, these sandals! Enough said! What’s In My Beach Bag

Hey ya’ll! I am back with an extra post today, woo hoo! Who is excited for summer?! <Insert girl raising arm emoji> Even though it already feels like summer here in Florida, who am I kidding! One of my favorite things about when the weather gets warm is of course hitting the beach! Although you can never forget your beach bag necessities! My absolute number one is of course sunscreen! Ain’t nobody got time for leathery skin! I have been loving the Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Sunscreen! I told you how much I love it in a previous post here, but I am just in love with the amazing tropical smell and how it moisturizes my skin, which is much needed while being in the sun! Next, you can never go to the beach with out a good pair of sunglasses and hat! Cute and practical! Also, don’t forget your water! I’ve been loving my insulated water bottle for beach days because it keeps my water cold all day! Next, I always bring my iPad for some light reading, whether it is a good book or an e-magazine. Lastly, I ALWAYS bring my bluetooth speaker! What’s the beach without some good tunes! What are your must haves for your beach bag!? Happy Hump Day loves! Woo hoo! We are half way to the weekend already! As some of you may remember last year I got to be apart of the Solutions Bridal Real Woman photo shoot and I couldn’t have been more excited to be asked to do a second year! The Real Woman shoot is all about showcasing wedding gowns on real girls rather than models and they turn it into the funnest evening! All of the girls that participated were all local Orlando bloggers so it was so much fun to all get together for a night of pampering and of course a bit of partying! DJ Jacob Towe kept us grooving while the amazing Makeover Station did our hair and makeup. They also had the Wyndam Grand cater the event and even had Nespresso and champagne flowing! Solutions Bridal definitely knows how to spoil some girls, let me tell you! I got styled in this to die for Jim Hjelm by Hayley Paige ball gown, which is completely unexpected for me but I fell in love! It was so fun playing dress up in this full tulle skirt, since I am usually not a tulle girl, and my favorite part the color! The beige is so unexpected, but so gorgeous! Kristen Weaver snapped all of the amazing pictures, and Jeffrey Stoner captured all of the fun on video! Be sure to check out his video below! It is seriously amazing! I watched like a million times! ;) I highly recommended him if you are in the market for a videographer and in the Orlando area!  Happy Hump Day babes! We are halfway to the weekend! Another trend I cannot get enough of are block heel sandals! Not only are they super comfy and a lot easier to walk in than traditional heels, they are also super cute! Another reason why I love a good block heel is that they can go dressy or casual! Every time I am going somewhere where I am not sure is the dress code is dressy or casual I always throw on a block heel. Not too dressy, but yet not too casual! I have been loving every kind of block heels lately, but you all know I have been a little obsessed with the lace up! I cannot get enough of these black ones and the tassel detail is the cutest!
