Happy hump day babes! Well yesterday was technically hump day if you have Friday off, but hey! Cheers to another short week! So with the last day of the year tomorrow (can you believe it?!) I though I would do some sparkly New Years Eve inspiration! I seriously think I need one of every one of these outfits! It would totally be acceptable to do an outfit change every hour on NYE right?! I mean, how fabulous is that black sequin jumpsuit?! I love that it is simple yet statement worthy! Or that gold long sleeved turtleneck dress?! To make it even better is has the most gorgeous plunging back! I think my favorite out them all has to be that to die for beaded and sheer romper?! It is so unique and the detailing is just stunning! I hope you all have an amazing Wednesday! <3

I was so on top of my shopping game after Thanksgiving but slacked until then and I still have a few to shop for, of course all of them being the men! I swear they are so hard to shop for! I am not going to lie I totally had the husband help me with this gift guide and I have to say he came up with some awesome ideas! I am pretty sure you can’t go wrong with a classic Daniel Wellington watch (don’t forget you can get 15% off with code DWupbeatsoles), tie or cologne! Also the chemex is perfect for the man that loves a good cup of coffee or the mixer manual for the man that loves a good cocktail! One last thing! Happy Wednesday babes! Can you believe we are half way through the week already?! Today I am doing something a little different and doing my first home decor post! After talking about how much I love decorating for the holidays I got multiple requests on posting pictures so I decided to dedicate a post to it! Growing up I used to love helping my mom transform the house for the holidays so when we bought our home three years ago I couldn’t wait to do the same! I have always swung on the more rustic decor side so I love to bring touches of burlap, deep reds, and fresh pine into my holiday decor. It is just the epitome of cozy! Most of my decor I have accumulated over the years but about 60% of it is from Home Goods and Jo-Ann Fabrics! Just a budget friendly tip, if you get a real Christmas tree ask if you can take some of the clippings they are going to throw away! I seriously put the fresh pine all over my house, as you can see! It makes the house smell and look amazing and it is free! One last thing, I would like to brag about my husband real quick and tell you he completely built that bar cart below, even the chicken wire drawers! It is definitely my new favorite piece in the house! Do you all love decorating for the holidays?! I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday and ps sorry this post is picture heavy, you asked for pictures you got them! <3
Happy hump day babes! We are half way to the weekend and I have to say I am already more than ready! As I was telling you yesterday I have been trying to be on top of my Christmas shopping and thankfully I only have a few people left on my list! Sometimes I feel like the ones on the bottom of the list, distant relatives, co-workers, friends, etc can be the hardest to shop for! So today I am rounding up some fun gifts for her under $50! Some of these would be perfect stocking stuffers too! I have been wanting to try the Kat Von D palettes, I heard they are fabulous, and how cute are those Rebecca Minkoff earrings?! Also I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a fun wine glass! I hope you all have a great Wednesday! <3
Happy Thanksgiving ya’ll! I am taking the day off to spend time with friends and family, but I just wanted to pop in and say how thankful I am of you all! It means so much to me that you all take time out of your day to come to my little space! I am so blessed for have met you all on this blog journey of mine! I hope you all have a wonderful day with loved ones and of course lots of yummy food! <3
But wait there’s more! You all didn’t think I would leave you without telling you about all the amazing Pre-Black Friday sales that are starting today would you?! I cannot wait to get my shop on and knock out all of my Christmas shopping early! Ps come back tomorrow for a fun Black Friday post and complete shopping guide! Again, have an amazing Thanksgiving!
Happy Hump Day and Thanksgiving Eve ya’ll! I can already taste the stuffing and pumpkin pie! Mmmm so excited! Want to know what else I am excited for?! After tomorrow it is officially the Christmas season and one of my favorite parts of Christmas is transforming my house into a winter wonderland! I feel like when it comes to holiday decor I tend to stay a little more traditional, but I love mixing a little rustic in with it! I am a sucker for anything burlap so I am dying over this cute holly and burlap wreath! Also this absolutely adorable houndstooth reindeer would be perfect next to the fireplace! I tend to go a little more fancy in the dining room and I am swooning over these silver and gold light up Christmas trees! Who else is a holiday decor fanatic?! I hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving filled with love and full bellies! <3
Happy hump day ya’ll! So today I am talking make up with Ulta Beauty to create a young and fab look! With the holidays right around the corner, I really wanted to glam my look up! I was looking for drama so I went with the Benefit They’re Real mascara and eyeliner set. The eyeliner is a push up gel liner that to me went on more like the texture of a pencil. I absolutely LOVED this eyeliner! It stayed in place all day and the slanted rubber tip made it super easy to make the perfect wing! As for the mascara, I heard a lot of people rave about it so I couldn’t wait to try it! Although, it fell flat for me! I was really expecting this mascara to give a lot of drama, it is called they’re real after all, but I felt like the formula was super thin so I had to put on about 3 coats to really get the more dramatic look I was looking for! The good news, it never flaked or ran on me all day! So I can’t complain about that!
Of course when you think holiday you think red lips! I went with the Stila liquid lipstick set since people were raving about how long it lasts and I completely agree! I even did the kiss test and not one smudge of red! Also, if you want a dramatic lip these bad boys are for you!! They are SOOO pigmented! I recommenced putting them on with a brush to make them easier to apply! They can be difficult since they dry so quickly! What are your must haves for your holiday make up looks?! I would love to hear! I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday! <3
I was gifted these Ulta Beauty items to create a young and fab look, although like always all opinions are 100% my own
Happy hump day babes! With Thanksgiving slowly creeping up on us, I swear where did this year go, I am already in full outfit planning mode! Am I the only crazy one that contemplates holiday outfits weeks in advance?! Anyways, I thought it would be fun to style 3 different Thanksgiving looks by climate, since we all know my outfit won’t be looking anywhere near what my northern babes will be wearing, especially if the 90 degree weather sticks around! I don’t think you can ever go wrong with leather when it comes to the holidays and this button down skater skirt is just too adorable, especially paired with a pop of plaid! I have totally been crushing on anything fur (please FL, cooperate!) and this classic black fur vest is to die for! It’s so perfect over this turtleneck sweater dress, which may need to be my next Forever 21 purchase! Lastly, I mean this coat says it all! I am obsessed with the two tone/ombre effect and it’s just edgy perfection styled with a pair of dark flares! I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday! <3
Happy hump day loves! I can’t believe we are half way through the week already! So now that November has started and Halloween has come and gone, my birthday week has officially started! There has been a few things on my radar lately so of course I had to make a birthday wishlist! I have been on the hunt for a classic plain black crossbody and usually I am not the biggest fan of Coach but this saddle bag is absolutely everything! I just love the black on black! If you haven’t noticed by now boots are my weakness! I have been lusting over these calf hair leopard Matisse booties for over a year now and I have been dropping some major hints to the hubs about them! ;) Also, how amazing are these lace up black over the knee boots?! I love that they have more of a pointed toe so they give off more of an edgier look! I have been loving the round sunglasses vibe lately and I just received these Ray Ban sunnies in the mail with the Ditto endless program (ps you can get your first month free with code upbeatsoles) and I am completely obsessed! The beginning of every fall I love to get a new jacket (not that I need one in Florida right now) and I am swooning over this classic suede one! Also, you can’t beat the price for real suede! I swear I can never have enough rings and I have been lusting over the Kendra Scott double rings and this snake one is so fun! Lastly, I have been searching for a classic wool tan hat to wear when it cools down and I love this one’s black and tan combo! I hope everyone has an awesome Wednesday! <3
Happy hump day babes! Back to reality unfortunately! I had the best time in Savannah, but it went by wayyyyy too fast! I swear, I blinked and it was time to go home! Don’t you hate that?! Although, I got some much needed down time that consisted of eating, drinking, and walking too much and I totally loved every minute! Anyways, on to my recap of the Park Avenue Fashion Week Runway show that happened last Saturday! As you all know there were a bunch of fun events leading up to the main event, and the show definitely didn’t disappoint! The Park Avenue stores that participated in the main show were Forema Boutique, Red Carpet Couture, Tuni, The Collection Bridal, John Craig & Current, Scout & Molly’s, Glorious Beautiful Hair Supply, La Bella Intimates, and Tad of Style.
Before the show, the brand ambassadors were lucky enough to be apart of the VIP section with some of the best seats in the house and all you could eat appetizers and sweets from 4Rivers and the best part champagne and wine! We all had a blast mingling, taking pictures in the photobooth, and of course dancing! On to the millions of pictures! Sorry in advance! ;p
