Happy Friday Eve babes! The weekend is so close I can taste it! So today I am getting a little fancy and rocking this super adorable dress I wore to the wedding last weekend. I wanted something a little fun since I knew it wasn’t going to be your normal super traditional wedding and when I saw this dress during the Shopbop sale I knew it would be perfect! The black and white stripes with the ruffled skirt is just too cute and I love the subtle high low cut. What really sold me though was the cute off the shoulder sleeves! I am a sucker for a fun detail! I paired it with some strappy heels and a simple necklace. I hope you all have a great rest of your week and weekend! <3

Be Our Guest
Happy Tuesday babes! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! So we are officially in the midst of wedding season and I don’t know about you but when I see people I haven’t seen in ages I always want to look my best and of course that means a pretty new dress! I am always drawn to florals for weddings, especially for a summer wedding and I cannot get enough of this beauty! Also the colors would be perfect for fall! Speaking of fall, when it comes to fall weddings I always like to go with more darker colors or even black like this to die for ruffle dress! It even comes in Gold! If it’s more of a casual wedding opt for a shorter dress like this baby blue cutie! I hope you all have wonderful Tuesday! <3
5 Years
Happy Thursday ya’ll! Griffin and I are heading to Savannah later tonight for our 5 year anniversary tomorrow so I am taking today off for a little breather. Be sure to follow our adventures on Instastories, @upbeatsoles! I cannot believe it has already been 5 years! I owe so much to this guy right here, he’s not only my partner in crime he is also how I make this little blog possible! He takes every picture, helps when I have writers block, does my book keeping, and even helps keep up my Instagram, I honestly would be lost without him! I am not sure how I got so lucky but I definitely hit the jackpot with him! Thanks for being my person and I cannot wait to spend eternity with you! Cheers to 5 years! <3
4 Years
Happy Thursday babes! Griffin and I are having a fabulous time in Savannah, but I just wanted to swing by real quick to wish my better half a happy anniversary! I cannot believe it has been four years already and let me tell you I owe so much to this man right here! With out him this little blog of mine would not be possible. Besides taking all of my pictures he helps me with so much behind the scenes! I can’t thank him enough! All I have to say is I am one lucky girl! Thanks for being amazing and being my person! I can’t imagine going through life without you! Cheers to four years and forever more! <3
What to Wear To a Summer Wedding
Happy hump day ya’ll! So it is that time of year, wedding season! Luckily, me personally, I only have one this year and I am a bridesmaid so I don’t have to do too much worrying about what to wear, but Griffin’s co-worker told him she has 9 weddings to attend this year! Craziness! So she was kind of my inspiration for this post, because I think I would be freaking out a little if I had to plan 9 wedding outfits! ;) First up is the beach wedding! Usually I think flowy and summery when it comes to watching I do’s on the beach. I think you can get a little fun with a beach wedding as well, like this super colorful one shoulder dress! Way too cute!
Next up is the black tie wedding! Formal attire is can get a little bit stressful, but it is always fun to get all dolled up! Definitely think evening full length dresses when attending a black tie affair, but don’t be afraid to add a little punch like this adorable two piece and tulle number! How fun is that skirt?!
Lastly, the good ol’ outdoor wedding. These weddings tend to be more on the casual side and during the summer it is always a good idea to keep things cool! No one wants to be sweaty before the dancing starts! I definitely tend to stick to mini dresses for outdoor weddings, but I would definitely not be opposed to a light weight flowy jumpsuit to mix it up! I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday! <3
#SBRealWoman
Happy Hump Day loves! Woo hoo! We are half way to the weekend already! As some of you may remember last year I got to be apart of the Solutions Bridal Real Woman photo shoot and I couldn’t have been more excited to be asked to do a second year! The Real Woman shoot is all about showcasing wedding gowns on real girls rather than models and they turn it into the funnest evening! All of the girls that participated were all local Orlando bloggers so it was so much fun to all get together for a night of pampering and of course a bit of partying! DJ Jacob Towe kept us grooving while the amazing Makeover Station did our hair and makeup. They also had the Wyndam Grand cater the event and even had Nespresso and champagne flowing! Solutions Bridal definitely knows how to spoil some girls, let me tell you! I got styled in this to die for Jim Hjelm by Hayley Paige ball gown, which is completely unexpected for me but I fell in love! It was so fun playing dress up in this full tulle skirt, since I am usually not a tulle girl, and my favorite part the color! The beige is so unexpected, but so gorgeous! Kristen Weaver snapped all of the amazing pictures, and Jeffrey Stoner captured all of the fun on video! Be sure to check out his video below! It is seriously amazing! I watched like a million times! ;) I highly recommended him if you are in the market for a videographer and in the Orlando area! Thank you so much to Solutions Bridal for making me feel like a princess for a night again and supporting positive body image! I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday! <3
#SBRealWoman
Happy hump day loves! I can’t believe we are half way through the week already! So I told you a couple of months ago about a fun project I was doing with a local bridal boutique, Solutions Bridal, and I am super excited to finally share it with you! Solutions Bridal started a #SBRealWoman project where they are redesigning their website to showcase real women aka Orlando fashion bloggers modeling their wedding gowns. Such a cute idea right?! Because let’s be honest, how many real brides are 6 foot, perfect figured models?!! I was so honored to be apart of this project and help promote a positive body image, not to mention the night of shooting was one for the books! It was soooo much fun getting to spend the amazing night with new and old blogger friends! Some I knew just from Instagram so it was great to finally meet them!! Also, Solutions Bridal spoiled us with food, champagne, music by the amazing Our DJ Rocks (totally had everyone dancing), and a complete glam squad by MakeoverStation! I got to be their “Fairy Princess” bride and was put in this STUNNING Ines Di Santo gown along with rose colored accessories by Maria Elena. All of the gorgeous pictures were captured by the amazing Gian Carlos and the fun night was filmed by Seltzer Films, check it out below! It was definitely a night to remember for such a fun project! <3
