Happy Wednesday loves! I cannot believe we are half way through the week already! Thank goodness because I am more than ready for the weekend! As I talked about last week I was lucky enough to be invited over to International Diamond Center‘s Rings for Spring event and ya’ll I was like a little kid in a candy store with all the beautiful diamonds and jewels! They were having an amazing sale with 20% off the whole store (some restrictions) and 0% financing for 36 months! If you live in the area and missed the event it will be going on this weekend in the Tampa Bay area with all the same sales! Also you can meet my girl Stephanie from Diary of a Debutante! I got treated like a princess and got to try on almost the whole store, no lie, and got to meet some amazing designers and reps! If I wasn’t already diamond obsessed, I think they made my obsession like a 100 times worse, but I forgive them! I dragged along poor Griffin to snap some pics and he kept flashing me the, ‘don’t get any ideas glare’! ;)
The Tacori spring fashion collection is seriously out of this world! I could not get enough of all the gorgeous gemstones!
The IDC infamous diamond wall! Loose diamonds ranging in all different sizes, although I couldn’t stop starring at a 5.5 carat emerald cut diamond. Major swoon!
Lucy from Forevermark was so much fun! Their fashion line was the epitome of glam! I was totally in love with these yellow gold necklace and earrings and the stackable gold, silver, and rose gold rings! The rings would be perfect for every day while the earrings and necklace would be perfect for an elegant night out! I also loved learning that Forevermark has such intense diamond grading that only 1% of diamonds in the world can become a Forevermark diamond! I guess you know you are getting the best of the best!
Of course when you leave your husband alone in a jewelry store he will make his way to the Rolex display! ;)
On of my favorite collections was the new maps collection for A.Jaffe. They can engrave a street map, a map of the US, you name it and they put a small diamond over your home or somewhere close to your heart! So sweet! It was also a fun fact they took on this idea from a college student who pitched it to them who was making and etching the necklaces herself for friends and family! Pretty cool!
Henri Daussi was another one of my favorites! I just love their exaggerated chunky halos and how they specialize in cushion cut diamonds, my fav! Also I couldn’t believe how big their stones looked after looking at the actual size! Come to find out they cut all their stones with a large table to make them appear much bigger than their carat size. So clever!
I couldn’t forget the sweet table! The vanilla bean cupcakes were amazing!
A big thank you to this pretty lady, Carson, for showing me around and letting me try on the whole store! She was the absolute sweetest! She drove all the way from Tampa to meet me! Also another big thanks to IDC for making me feel so much love! If you live in the Central Florida, Tampa, or Savannah area and are in the market for anything diamonds or fine jewelry wise you have to check them out! They have the best selection I have every seen and some of the best guarantees! It was definitely a day of glits and glam! <3
