Happy Friday Eve babes! Also today is my birthday!! I am the big 3-1! I still can’t believe I am in my 30’s but hey it’s been pretty damn good to me so far! It is also my 5 year blog anniversary! I cannot believe I have been blogging for 5 years, ya’ll! I have met so many amazing people through this little space and it has now become a job I love and don’t know what I would do without! Starting Upbeat Soles was definitely was one of the best decisions I have made! I also can’t go without giving credit to my amazing husband, Griffin! I could not have not started Upbeat Soles without him! He has taken every picture, been there for my melt downs, helped with creative ideas, he’s seriously so amazing! Cheers to 5 more years!
We had a great first day in Colorado and I cannot wait to go up to Steamboat Springs for a few days! Ps you’re not going crazy I had this post up for a few hours last week, but screwed up my editorial calendar and had to bump it to today. Get it bump it! ;) Anywho! This date night look is from our staycation at the Aventura Hotel at Universal. We hit up City Walk and went to dinner and then went to the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium for dessert. Omg if you’re in Orlando you have to go there! So many amazing desserts and dessert cocktails! I cannot wait to go back when I am not pregnant to try them! Before we headed out we stopped by the rooftop bar at Aventura for a mocktail and to catch the sunset! It has such an amazing view! I wore this geometric jumpsuit that is under $30! I sized up to accommodate the bump. I love that this jumpsuit has a high enough waistline to be bump friendly, since I have noticed most I try on the waist is too low so you have to pull it up high over the bump making it give you a wedgy ;) The joys of pregnancy ha! I finished the look off by pairing it with some ankle booties and crossbody. I hope you all have an amazing weekend! <3
